Then join Kate and me for a fun and creative day at The Olive Branch Studio / Urban Co-Lab in Kedron, and let's unlock your creativity and originality to make one of a kind earrings.
You will learn how to design and fabricate textured earrings using recycled metals. The basic metalsmithing techniques: of mark making including metal texturing, hand sawing, filing, soldering, sanding and polishing will be explored using various tools.
You will have the opportunity to add your own creative touches to your earrings along the way.
The workshop will run for 3 hours and you will make 1 - 2 pairs of earrings depending on their size.

• Glasses, if you need them to see up close or for detailed work.
• Money, if wanting to make more designs or purchase extra metal or tools.
