Policies & Shipping
Payments are processed using PayPal, Shopify Payments or Afterpay. At the checkout you will be directed to either enter your credit card details securely with Shopify payments, asked to log into your PayPal account, or checkout via Afterpay.
I also accept payment through Direct Debit from Australian customers.
Please e-mail me with your order request and I will send you an invoice with my bank details.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 being sent to an Australian address. For orders under $100, standard domestic shipping is $10 and express domestic shipping is $15.
Items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you and let you know. All designs are handmade by me, from recycled raw materials - you are not getting factory-made or assembled jewellery.

All items are shipped with Australia Post. Items sent within Australia are posted using Standard Shipping. The expected delivery time frame is between 3 - 7 days. Items sent via Express Post can be expected within 1 - 2 days. An email will be sent to you confirming that your item has been sent and for all AUS customers a tracking number for your parcel.
For orders being sent outside of Australia, I use Economy Air shipping - no tracking. The expected delivery time frame will vary from country to country and is between 1 - 4 weeks. If your item does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money.
Should you no longer be able to attend your nominated workshop please let me know as soon as possible. Once payment is made a refund will not be possible. However you may transfer your attendance of an upcoming workshop to a friend or family at no extra cost or redeem your workshop as a gift voucher to use at a later date.
If for some reason you would like to return an item, please contact me as soon as possible detailing your reason for return and I will assess whether a refund, exchange or repair is applicable.
All items are individually gift wrapped in my unique handmade recycled felt pouches or boxes. The items are then shipped in a bubble mailer envelope for further protection and to reduce shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET YOUR SIZE CORRECT. Due to the fact that your ring is a custom design and made to your size, I cannot refund your purchase if you give me the wrong size or simply change your mind. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. It is your responsibility to give us the correct size.
I charge $40 per ring (plus postage) for resizing and only on round rings, as I cannot resize my octagon rings, cocktail rings or spinner rings. So, please make sure to take the time to work out your exact size. Most local jewellery shops will happily size your finger for you at no charge. If you’re still unsure on your size make an appointment with me and I will correctly size you free of charge.

Brides & Grooms: please note – I reside in Australia. If you are in Australia, I require at least 4 weeks to design and create your custom bands. If you reside outside of Australia, please allow at least 8 weeks between your order and your wedding day. I CANNOT guarantee your ring/s will arrive in time if your order is made inside of this time frame.

Please note that variations of the original image or item may occur as all my pieces are hand crafted by me. If you are trying to match a specific colour, replicate a design, pattern or size or need any further clarification on an item, please contact me before ordering. Please also keep in mind that some of my pieces are designed to show off small imperfections and that these are a feature and are in no way a fault.
Your name, delivery address, phone number and email are the only personal details I will have access to when making a transaction. These details are used only to process the shipping of your item to you and any correspondence needed to fulfil your order. If you decide to join one or more of my newsletters I promise to only send you information regarding new products, special events, markets / workshop dates, sales and relevant news. You can at any time opt to unsubscribe from my newsletters by following the newsletter prompts or sending me an email.
